Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We serve the greater Phoenix metro area, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Queen Creek, and surrounding communities. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Contact us if your event is outside of these areas.
Q: How do I reserve a date?
A: Simply submit a booking request through our Book Now page. Availability is updated live, so if your preferred day and time are listed, you are good to go!
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes; payment in full is required when booking.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Space & Setup Requirements
Q: How much space do I need?
A: For the best experience, we generally recommend:
- Minimum width: 15 feet
- Minimum depth: 20 feet
- Minimum height: 10 feet
If you’re unsure whether your space will work, send us photos and dimensions and we’ll help evaluate it.
Q: Can you set up indoors?
A: Yes! We can set up in garages, warehouses, event centers, gyms, banquet halls, and other indoor spaces as long as sufficient clearance is available.
Q: Can you set up outdoors?
A: Absolutely. Our inflatable enclosure works great outdoors on grass, concrete, pavers, and other level surfaces.
Q: What happens if it’s windy or raining?
A: Weather can affect outdoor setups. If adverse weather is expected, we’ll work with you on alternative indoor options, rescheduling, or other solutions when possible.
Q: How long does setup and teardown take?
A: Most setups take approximately 30–60 minutes, and teardown typically takes 30 minutes. We handle everything from start to finish.

A: Yes. Club rentals are available as an add-on. Guests are also welcome to bring their own clubs.
